Shipping Policy

OmniGreen Life (OGL) - Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. 
  • You will receive an automated email from the warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
  • Any orders placed late in the day on Friday through Sunday and all Holidays will begin processing in our warehouse starting on the following Monday or next working day after holiday(s).

Shipping Address:

Customer is responsible for providing the full shipment details. Please make sure that shipping information is accurate. Note: Please make sure your address is correct and complete before submitting your order.**

  • OmniGreen Life is not responsible for delayed shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information. 
  • If you have unintentionally entered  incorrect information please immediately contact customer service c/o sales@omnigreenlife.com.  We cannot guarantee that the information can be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system. 
  • If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you. 
  • If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the order minus shipping expenses and 10% restocking fee.  

Domestic Orders:

USPS: 

  • In general, please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery once the order leaves our warehouse. Orders are processed within 2-3 days of order receipt. Note: We may at or option upgrade our customers shipping preference at no extra charge to the customer. In the unlikely event there is a shipping downgrade we will refund the difference.
  • 3-Day Select, 2-Day, and Overnight Delivery time quotes start from the time the package leaves the warehouse. So, this is after the 2-3 day processing time.
  • In the event customers chose ANY expedited shipping under USPS and UPS the $200.00 minimum order free shipping will automatically cancel out and will not qualify for any free shipping.
  • If you are shipping to a PO Box our system will automatically ship USPS.
  • If USPS delays shipment due to any reason we are not responsible once the package has been given to the USPS.
  • In the event of partial shipment(s) due to various vendor fulfillment the following will prevail: The fastest carrier(s) will be chosen even if expedited service was chosen by the customer(s). For example, if warehouse/vendor is in the same state as the customer then OGL has the right to change the shipping vendor without notice to fulfill the order by the fastest method possible.
  • Insurance against loss is the full responsibility of the customer before checkout. Please contact us for insuring your package at an extra fee billed to 'you' the customer before checkout.**, ***

 UPS: 

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 days of order receipt in our warehouse. 
  • UPS shipping time quotes start from the time it leaves the UPS warehouse, which can take an additional day after processing is completed in our warehouse.
  • You will receive an automated email from the warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
  • In the event of partial shipment(s) due to various vendor fulfillment the following will prevail: The fastest carrier(s) will be chosen even if expedited service was chosen by the customer(s). For example, if warehouse/vendor is in the same state as the customer then OGL has the right to change the shipping vendor without notice to fulfill the order by the fastest method possible.
  • UPS Claims on Packages: In the event your package tracks as being delivered, but you have not received it, there will be a 5-10 business day delay on reshipping the package while a claim process is started with UPS. We cannot reship the package to you until the claim is fully processed with UPS. **, ***

International Orders:

  • OmniGreen Life happily accepts and ships international orders. 
  • Rates may vary depending on the location, weight of items ordered, and the delivery address.
  • Insurance against loss is the full responsibility of the customer before checkout. Please contact us for insuring your package at an extra fee billed to the customer before checkout. **, ***
  • International order(s) DO NOT qualify for the minimum $200.00 order requirement - only USA domestic qualifies for this offer.

Customs:

  • International orders/shipments may be subject to Customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. 
  • OmniGreen Life is not responsible for paying fees charged by Customs or the rate charged by Customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the Customs fee. 
  • If you refuse to accept your package at Customs due to high Customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at Customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back to our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us. 
  • International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of and inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. OmniGreen Life is not responsible for orders that are held up at Customs, damaged by Customs, or refused entrance by Customs due to this process. 
  • OmniGreen Life is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at Customs. If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the order .
  • In the event the package is not returned to us by Customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. ***,**

 

 International Shipping Providers:

All countries have the option of shipping either USPS Priority International or USPS Express Mail International. USPS Priority International: 

 

 USPS Express International: 

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 days of receipt in our warehouse. 
  • Delivery in an estimated 2-5 business days AFTER processing is completed in our warehouse; delivery can take longer depending on Customs delays or the postal system of an individual country. 
  • Tracking available to most countries, claimable.
  • Additional Customs charge may apply.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or losses once carrier (USPS) takes possession of your package. **, ***
