Raw Chocolate “Bliss” Smoothie

1 handful of raw nuts - walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts - (nuts optional)

1 or 2 banana's frozen or fresh

2-3 T Hemp Seeds

1 tsp Chia Seeds

2-3 T Coconut Oil

1 T Diatomaceous Earth

1/2 C fruit frozen or fresh (optional) - Strawberries, Raspberries

1 T Raw Cocao Nibs

1/2 tsp of Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp of Maca

1 T Goji Berries

1 T Mulberries

1 T Raw Godenberries

1 Dash of Cayenne

1 Peppercorn

1 Dash of sea salt

1 T of organic maple syrup - add less or more for sweetness

Directions:

Add 1 or 2 cups of ice cold spring water and blend well until nuts are blended completely. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve Fresh and Enjoy!
Note: This raw chocolate "Bliss" smoothie has been known to hold your appetite throughout the day - it is power-packed!

Super Maca Power Balls

1 C of raisins

2 C of dried apricots, soaked overnight 

1/2 C Coconut Shredded 

4 T Coconut Oil 

2 tsp Coconut Flour 

1 tsp of Palm Sugar

1/2 C of walnuts or brazil nuts

1/2 tsp of freshly grated Ginger

1 tsp of dried mixed spice

2 T spoons Maca 

sesame seeds

Tip: Add Coconut Flour to make the balls more stiff to your liking. 

Directions: 

Using a food processor, mix all ingredients except the sesame seeds together until they form a dough ball. Take the ball out of the processor and pull enough mixture off to make a ball about an inch and a half. Continue doing this until you have no mixture left. Roll the balls in the sesame seeds to coat them.

Chai "Blueberry" Smoothie

Blend all ingredients below:

1 C frozen banana

1 C frozen blueberries (or other fruit)

1-2 C of ice cold spring water

4 almonds (optional)

3 T Hemp Seeds (optional)

1/2 C maple syrup

Dash of sea salt

Add after blending - then blend again. 

1 T Chai Seeds

Blend until thick and creamy, and drink immediately.
